🕒 Check-In & Check-Out Policy

Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
A valid government ID proof (Aadhaar Card / Passport / Driving License) is mandatory at the time of check-in for all guests.
👥 Reservation & Booking Policy
Book directly through our website or authorized travel partners.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking).
For group or event bookings, please contact our reservation desk in advance.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed or fraudulent bookings without prior notice.
💳 Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the check-in date.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged one night’s room rate.
No refund for no-shows or early departures.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
👨👩👧👦 Children & Extra Bed Policy
Children under 5 years stay free when using existing bedding.
Extra beds or mattresses are available upon request (additional charges apply).
Please mention the number of guests at the time of booking for accurate room arrangements.
🚭 Smoking & Alcohol Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or public indoor areas.
Designated outdoor smoking zones are available.
Consumption of alcohol is allowed only within guest rooms and must comply with local laws.

We currently do not allow pets within the property premises to maintain hygiene and comfort for all guests.

Guests are responsible for maintaining room condition and hotel property.
Any intentional damage or loss to property items (furniture, linen, electricals, etc.) will be charged accordingly.
Lost keys or keycards will attract a replacement fee.
